So these are the happy surprises that travel brings. I am certain that all the locals know of this special coffee shop. Meet the humble, polite, educated and passionate owner and operator. He IS the coffee beans. With history traveling the world as a coffee green bean distributor, judge, and cupper. He tailors everything for you, and roasts his own beans in small batches weekly, with competitive prices and freshness you can't get in a grocery store. In a way I would selfishly like to keep this a secret so I don't have to stand in a line up one day. Fort Saskatchewan has such a special business here, impressive! I will come back to this Stars Inn just for another experience!

So, I have to agree with EVERY other rater in that this place deserves to be a six-star. Beans roasted by the owner himself, homemade syrups, and a selection of coffee beans from around the world almost make this coffee shop out of place, only because it deserves a MUCH larger audience. For now, the residents of Fort Saskatchewan get this gem all to themselves! Do yourself a favor and make this a stop whenever you're in the area.

For the rare occasions a location deserves 6 stars. Daniel was helpful, knowledgeable about various beans and knew the proper temperature to make an Australian flat white. I bought 1 lb of Ethiopian beans grinds and added 3 Tbsp chili flakes in a pour over. What flavour! Hidden gem and a must for all coffee snobs.

This place has to be the best coffee I have ever tried in my life. Every single cup he brews is absolutely perfect, and not once have I felt it needed more sugar or milk or espresso. I been starting to worried that after trying this, I wont ever be able to go back to regular coffee . 100% recommended this place.

Been a regular here for years, Daniel is one of the kindest and honest baristas I’ve ever met. Fantastic value on drinks and his hand-roasted beans to take home are always superb quality. Hidden gem of Fort Sask for sure.

Every time I come here, it's a super experience! Daniel is always very kind and welcoming. The most important part...the drinks are fantastic! He allows you to customize the milk type with no extra charge and it's definitely a steal of a deal. I also purchased a bag of beans for my own espresso machine and they are wonderful and provide great crema! 500g bag starting at $10 which also includes a free drink! Will definitely keep coming back. The only place in Fort Saskatchewan for truly amazing fresh roasted coffee.

I LOVE this little hidden gem. The owner is awesome and so passionate about his coffee. He roasts the beans himself and it is great coffee! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This is one of those diamonds in the ruff, hole in the wall, hidden gem places that you hear about online all the time. I could not speak enough praise to this establishment, and especially to the owner. My Wife and I will frequent this place and this is exclusively where I buy most of my coffee, as it is all sourced by the owner. His walls are adorned with photos of him at farms across the globe testing out coffees, and that knowledge paired with his humble attitude leaves me extremely satisfied leaving here! This is a spot that I recommend anyone stop by, I can guarantee you that you will not leave disappointed!
